On February 8, 2023, the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) of Assam completed the application registration process for various Group IV posts. Candidates will be selected for these positions based on their performance in Physical Tests and Skill Tests in their respective trades, as there is no written examination. Assam Police Grade 4 PST TPT 2023
After undergoing the latest technology-based measurement of height, weight & chest (applicable only for male candidates), the candidates will be subjected to preliminary medical check-ups by a Medical Officer. These check-ups will include tests for Knocked Knee, Vision, Colour Blindness, Flatfoot, Varicose Vein, and Physical Deformities, among others. Those who clear the Physical Standard Test (PST) will then have to appear for the Trade Efficiency Test in their respective trade.
