How to get service ( सेवा कैसे प्राप्त करें? )
1. इस सेवा का लाभ उठाने के लिए serviceonline.bihar.gov.in पोर्टल पर जाए। always allow popup in your browser. Firefox or chrome । भाई साइड में गोविंदा इन अब तक के लिए ईपास का निर्गमन लिंग को खोजें और क्लिक करें।

2. लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद आवेदन पत्र खुल जाएगा। कृपया सभी अनिवार्य सूचना को सही-सही भरी और सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करें।
3. आप अपने आवेदन पत्र का पूर्वावलोकन देखेंगे। संतोष होने के बाद [attach Annexure] पर क्लिक करें।
4. [attach Annexure] पर क्लिक करने के बाद। (attach encloses) फार्म खोल जाएगा कृपया सभी अनिवार्य अनुल ग्राहक जोड़े और सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करें।
5. आप अपने आवेदन पत्र का पूर्वानुमान लाकर देखनी संतुष्ट होने के बाद सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करें।
6. सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपको अभी स्वीकृत पावती एप्लीकेशन नंबर मिलेगी।
नोट: आवेदन करने के उपरांत आपको अपनी पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल आईडी पर एसएमएस और ईमेल के माध्यम से सूचना मिल जाएंगे।
7. आप अपने आवेदन को चेक कर सकते हैं दाएं और नागरिक अनुभाग के अंतर्गत आवेदन की स्थिति देखें के माध्यम से कृपया ए स्क्रीनशॉट का संदर्भ लें।
ई पास कैसे प्राप्त करें?
अधिकारी द्वारा ईपास निर्गत होने की उपरांत आपको एसएमएस और ईमेल के माध्यम से अवगत कराया जाएगा।
आप s.m.s. के माध्यम से भेजे गए डाउनलोड लिंक से आवेदन क्रमांक संख्या देखकर ही पास डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं ई-मेल में ई-पास डाउनलोड हो जाएगा।
